U proteklih par godina, ovaj iznimno kvalitetni grupni trening je prona\u0161ao svoje mjesto i u hrvatskim fitness centrima. Vje\u017ebanje se izvodi na biciklima s podesivim optere\u0107enjem na kojima instruktor uz glazbu vodi pravu malu biciklisti\u010dku avanturu, kombiniraju\u0107i vo\u017enju po razli\u010ditim terenima, vo\u017enju izdr\u017eljivosti, intervalnu vo\u017enju ili pak pravu biciklisti\u010dku utrku. To nije samo sjede\u0107i na\u010din stati\u010dkog bicikliranja ve\u0107 pravi fitness program \u010dija je glavna karakteristika trening i zabava u isto vrijeme. Trajanje treninga varira od 45-60minuta ovisno o vrsti treninga, cilju treninga te razini treniranosti grupe.
